Production Line Analysis

Raw materials are pneumatically conveyed to the silo, mixed, and then aged in the Chenhu Pool for 1-3 days before entering the extruder. The extruder is a large-scale, automatically fed machine, and the finished product is conveyed to the second-level drying system via an elevator.

The drying system has 17 automated drying lines, utilizing waste heat from the kiln for drying, requiring no manual operation.

After drying, the brick blanks enter the grinding process automatically, with each brick blank labeled with the production date and model.

The kiln system includes two 88-meter tunnel kilns, with firing temperatures ranging from 1250-1610 degrees Celsius depending on the brick type.

The company boasts the most advanced lightweight brick grinding production line in China, employing automated equipment for high production efficiency and precise product quality. It also possesses a 1400-kilowatt solar power system, enabling green production. Furthermore, the company has a physicochemical analysis laboratory and Baidu testing equipment for product quality inspection.
